Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and BidMuster, a sole proprietorship operating as BidMuster ("BidMuster", "we"). They cover bidmuster.com, the waitlist, and the paid digest service. By using BidMuster, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BidMuster uses automated and SI (super intelligence) tools to find federal contract opportunities in public SAM.gov data and sends you matches as a digest.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn't create a subscription, and it doesn't guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Your information must be accurate, and you're responsible for your account.

4. Not affiliated; no advice

BidMuster isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for SAM.gov, GSA, or any government agency. We don't register businesses in SAM.gov (registration is free at https://sam.gov). BidMuster doesn't provide legal, compliance, accounting, or bid/no-bid advice, and it doesn't verify your eligibility for any set-aside or contract. Matches may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always read the official notice on SAM.gov and rely on that. You alone decide whether to bid.

5. Fees & billing

Paid plans are $99 per month or $990 per year, billed in advance at the price shown when you sign up. Promotional pricing may apply when offered. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime through the billing link in your account emails or by emailing [email protected]. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded.

7. Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute the digests without our written permission, scrape or overload the service, misuse it, or break the law.

8. Intellectual property

The service and its content belong to us. Public government data stays public. You keep ownership of your profile data and give us a license to use it to provide the service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT YOU'LL BE MATCHED WITH ANY PARTICULAR OPPORTUNITY, THAT THE DATA IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR TIMELY, OR THAT YOU'LL WIN ANY CONTRACT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, CONTRACTS, OR OPPORTUNITIES (INCLUDING MISSED DEADLINES OR MISSED SOLICITATIONS). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts in King County, Washington. BidMuster is a sole proprietorship operating as BidMuster.

13. Changes

We'll email you about material changes. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept it.
