1. What this covers

This policy covers bidmuster.com, the waitlist, onboarding, and the paid opportunity digest service.

2. Information we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and the optional details you enter in the waitlist form, such as your trade and service area.
• Account & onboarding: company name, contact name, email, phone (optional), UEI/CAGE (optional), NAICS codes, set-aside status you report, capabilities, keywords, past-performance descriptions, location, travel preferences, contract size range, agency preferences, and alert preferences.
• Billing: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store full card numbers.
• Usage: email opens and clicks, match feedback, and basic site logs. We store a hashed (not raw) IP address for spam and abuse prevention.

We don't ask for SSNs, bank details, or SAM.gov login credentials. Please don't send them to us.

3. How we use it

To run the waitlist and send launch updates, match you with public SAM.gov opportunities, deliver digests, process payments, provide support, improve matching, and comply with the law.

4. SI (super intelligence) processing

Matching uses automated and SI tools, which may include third-party model providers acting as our service providers. They process your profile data only to produce your matches.

5. Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (hosting and spam protection by Cloudflare, email delivery, and payments by Stripe), when the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.

6. Retention

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Account data is kept while you're subscribed and for 90 days after you cancel, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep billing records as long as the law requires.

7. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using its unsubscribe link, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to stored data. No system is perfectly secure.

9. Children

BidMuster is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 18.

We'll post updates here, and we'll email you about material changes.
